Question 258012: i need to know how to find the slope and the vertical and horizontal intercepts for each
y=3x-7
y=5x+2
y=5
g(x)=12+4x
Answer by richwmiller(17219) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Make sure all of them are in the form y=mx+b
m is your slope
b is your y intercept when x=0
To find the x intercept plug in 0 for y.
y=5 has a slope of 0 since you have y=0x+5
Substitute y for g(x) and rearrange the equation to match y=mx+b
