Notice how 16=10%2B6. So 5%2A16=5%2810%2B6%29=5%2810%29%2B5%286%29=50%2B30=80. So 16 x 5 = 80


Also, 28=20%2B8 giving us 6%2828%29=6%2820%2B8%29=6%2820%29%2B6%288%29=120%2B48=168. So 28 x 6 = 168
