Linear-equations/250408 (2009-12-15 20:56:14): Please help me answer this question. I need two equations, one for members and one for non-members.
To encourage customers a new theater is offering memberships. The membership costs $75.00 per year plus $2.00 per movie. For non-members, the cost of a movie is $5.75.

Let total cost for Members be M

Let total cost for Non-Members be N

Let number of movies attended be x

Is that what you're looking for? Now once you know how many movies a member or non-member will attend, you can find their total cost for those movies they attended. I hope that helps. :)
