Y=mX+b
m=SLOPE=(Y2-Y10/X2-X1)=(4+5)/(1-2)=9/-1=-9 ANS. FOR THE SLOPE
USE ONE SET OF X,Y VALUES & SOLVE FOR b
-5=-9*2+b
-5=-18+b
b=-5+18
b=13 ans. for the Y intercept.
Y=-9X+13
