Pick any value for x. Say x=1. The equation tells you the y coordinate =4
(1,4)
Now pick another value for x. Say x= 3.The equation tells you the y coordinate =4
(3,4)
Plot them both and draw the line. What did you get?
A horizontal line through (0,4)
