This is a linear equation, so, it defines a straight line.
The easiest way to graph it is to draw a coordinate system, then find out in which points this line intersects the axis. That means findint out the value of -7x+14 at x=0 (would be 14), and the value of x such as -7x+14=0 (x=2).
Mark these two points and draw a straight line:

-7 is the slope so instead of up and over to the right you go down 7 and to the right or up 7 to the left. so the line does down.
and 14 is the 7 intercept which is where it croses the axis
