An equation that says x=-6 is a vertical line that crosses the x-axis at point -6.
All y values are included, but only -6 is included from the x-axis.
Vertical lines do not have a slope. They are also said to be undefined.

if x=-6
slope is y1-y2 over x1-x2
but if the difference in x is also zero then the slope is undefined and the line is vertical.
if you look at a graph of the line where x is always -6 then you see that y can be anything but x is always -6-- a vertical line

x=-6
The slope is "undefined" because m=(y1-y2)/(x1-x2). Since "x" is the same number, the difference will always be "zero" in the denominator which is impossible or "undefined".
