Answer by checkley77(12844) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(10,4) and (-5, 13)
Y=mX+b
m=(Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)=(13-4)/(-5-10)=9/-15=-3/5 IS THE SLOPE
4=-3/5*10+b
4=-30/5+b
b=4+6
b=10 THE Y INTERCEPT.
Y=-3X/5+10 IS THE LINE EQUATION THROUGH (10,4) & (-5,13)
