3x-2.5y=7.125
2.5x-3y=7.3125

Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3x-2.5y=7.125 eqn 1
2.5x-3y=7.3125 eqn 2
-------------
-18x + 15y = -42.75 eqn 1 x -6
12.5x- 15y = 36.5625 eqn 2 x 5
-------------------- Add
-5.5x = -6.1875
x = 1.125
------------
Sub for x into eqn 1
3*1.125 - 2.5y = 7.125
-2.5y = 3.75
y = -1.5
