To graph y > -1, you graph y = 1 and shade the area above the line.
The graph looks like:
Think of all the area above the line at y = -1 as being shaded and you get the idea.
I can't do it on algebra.com because their graphing doesn't allow that as far as I know.
Some graphing programs allow you to do that. Other don't.
