-2y=-5x+10
y=5/2x-10
y=mx+b
m=slope=5/2
b=-10
(0,-10)
remember when multiplying or dividing by to negative numbers the results is positive.

Exactly. Although I would express the slope as 
rather than the slightly more cumbersome but equally correct 
Note: Your value of -5 for the 
-intercept is correct. rfer changed the sign on the constant term but failed to divide it by 2.
