5x - 2y = 10 SUBTRACT -5X FROM BOTH SIDES.
5X-5X-2Y=-5X+10
-2Y=-5X+10 DIVIDE BOTH SIDES BY -2
-2Y/-2=-5X/-2+10/-2
Y=-5X/-2+10/-2
Y=5X/2-5
