Question 228613: Graph on your own paper, The line perpendicular to 2x+3y=15, and has the intercept(0,1)

Has the intercept(0,1) & perpendicular to:
2x+3y=15
3y=-2x+15
y=-2x/3+15/3
y=-2x/3+5 (red line) slope=-2/3.
A perpendicular line will have a slope=3/2.
1=3/2*0+b
1=b the y intercept.
Y=3X/2+1 (green line).
(graph 200x200 pixels, x from -6 to 6, y from -6 to 6, of TWO functions -2x/3 +5 and 3x/2 +1).
