Step 1. I assume you want to plot this line using the slope-intercept form.

Step 2. The slope-intercept form is given as y=-mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept at b or at point (0,b).
So the equation is y=-2x+0=-2x or



Step 3. Here's a plot of the line and note the slope m=-2 and b=0. Note that a slope m=-2 means one unit to the right is two units down.

What is the question? Find the equation of a line where m=-2 and b=0?

If so, then y=mx+b, so y=-2x.
