You are correct on the slope and to graph this (or any) linear equation, you need plot only two points on you coordinate graph paper and connect the points with a straight line.
The simplest way to get these two points is to:
Set x = 0 and solve for y, then set y = 0 and solve for x.
Set x = 0.

The first point is (0, 5)
Set y = 0.
Subtract 5 from both sides of the equation.
Now multiply both sides by
The second point is (-4, 0)
Now plot these points on your coordinate graph paper, suitably marked with the perpendicular x-axis (horizontal) and y-axis (vertical) then join the two points with a straight line.
