(-3, -1), m = -1/5
Y=mX+b
-1=-1/5*-3+b
-1=3/5+b
b=-1-3/5
b=-5/5-3/5
b=-8/5 ans for the Y intercept.
y=-x/5-8/5
(graph 300x200 pixels, x from -6 to 5, y from -10 to 10, -x/5 -8/5).
