-x+4y=-11 multiply this equation by 2 & add them
2x+4y=-2
-2x+8y=-22
--------------
12y=-24
y=-24/12
y=-2 ans.
2x+4*-2=-2
2x-8=-2
2x=-2+8
2x=6
x=6/2
x=3 ans.
Proof:
2*3+4*-2=-2
6-8=-2
-2=-2
