The slope-intercept form is nothing more than the equation solved for in terms of . It looks like this:



Once you have an equation in this form, the coefficient on is the slope, and the constant term is the y-coordinate of the point where the graph intersects the y-axis, i.e. the y-intercept.

For your problem, adding -15 to both sides of the equation will do nicely.
