You are given the equations for two lines. The point where they intersect can be found by 'solving' this set of equations. If the two lines are 'identical' they intersect at everypoint. If the two lines are parallel, the intersect at no points.
You can graph these equations using online tools (I like geogebra)




You can plot these and see they are the same line (coincident)
