y=-6x+5 is a dotted boundry line.....the portion that is shaded will be that area which makes the equality true.....do a test on each side of the boundry line. lets try (0,0) first 0<-6(0)+5--->0<5......this is true so we know the area to the left of this line is shaded......do a check with a point to the right of the boundry as a check.
