Y=mX+b
Slope=(y2-y10/(x2-x1)
Slope=(5-2)/(9-3)
Slope=3/6=.5 ans.
2=3*.5+b
2=1.5+b
2-1.5=b
.5=b the Y intercept.
y=.5x+.5
