I think substitution, but it's a close call.
Also, "more easily" is not a well defined term. What's easier for some is harder for others.
I pick substitution because 6x-3y=3 --> 2x - y = 1, then y = 2x-1. Then you can sub for y.
But, it's a stupid question, imo. Math classes should do math, not opinion polls.
