Change y=x-3 so that the graph of the new equation has a steeper,negative slope and the same y-intercept.

There's y = -2x - 3
To cover all of them, it's y = mx - 3 where m <-1 (less than -1).
The slope-intercept form is y = mx + b.
b is the y-intercept, so it remains -3.
m is the slope.
