just start plugging in values using a table....list x on one side and y on the other. use any value of x you want and plug it into the equation to find y's value for that particular value of x. I will do 2 , and you take over from there
:
x=2.....5y+3(2)=-13.....5y+6=-13.....5y=-19.....y=-19/5 one point is (2,-19/5)
:
x=3.....5y+3(3)=-13.....5y+9=-13.....5y=-22.....y=-22/5...............(3,-22/5)
try x=0 and x=1 and x=-2 or something along those lines
