Question 16971: Graph
How can I solve y=2x -3
Answer by Ms Ladii(3) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First you need to rebember the slope formula
y=mx+b
In your problem you have to graph y=2x-3
so: y=mx+b
y=2x-3
you have to find m the slope and b
y=mx+b
y=2x-b
Slope(m)= 2
b= -3
So you start at piont negative 3 (-3)
and move the point up 2 and right 1
making a diagonal line that slants towards the right
