Question 168303: Translate into an algebraic expression, then solve for x show your answer on a number line and then interval notation: Three x minus two is greater than or equal seven and is less than nineteen.
Answer by Mathtut(3670) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
add 2 to each term
divide each term by 3
which states that x is greater than or equal to 3 and less than 7
:
I cant get my numberline to work but you should have 3 with a solid circle and a solid line moving to 7 with a hollow circle at 7 because 7 is not inclusive.
interval notation [3,7)
