Let x, x+2, x+4 & x+6 be the 4 integers.
x+x+2+x+4+x+6=-36
4x+12=-36
4x=-36-12
4x=-48
x=-12 ans for the smallest integer.
-12+2=-10 for the next integer.
-12+4=-8 for the next integer.
-12+6=-6 for the last integer.
Proof:
-12-10-8-6=-36
-36=-36
