Write an equation of the line { slope =2 y-intercept= -3}
.
The "slope-intercept" form of a line is:
y = mx + b
where
m is the slope
b is the y-intercept
.
Simply plug in the given values:
y = 2x + (-3)
y = 2x - 3 (this is what they're looking for)
