Then
y=3x-2=3(-1)-2=-3-2=-5
y=3x-2=3(0)-2=0-2=-2
y=3x-2=3(1)-2=3-2=1
This equation represents a straight line in a cartesian system of co-ordinates.
So plotting these points we get
(-1,-5) (0,-2) (1,1)
