If the monthly bill for 23 HCF is $26.67, what is the monthly bill for 29 HCF?

If the monthly bill for 23 HCF is $26.67, what is the monthly bill for 29 HCF?

You have a slope (1.35) and a point (26.6,23 HCF)
Find the intercept: 23 = 1.35*26.6 + b
b = -12.91

EQUATION:
Bill(x) = 1.35x -12.91 where x is water use in HCF.
-----------------------
Bill(29) = 1.35*29 - 12.91
Bill(29) = $26.24
