Question 156203: how to writ in equation with the given points (2,4) and( 3,5)
Answer by checkley77(12844)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(2,4) and( 3,5)
First we find the slope.
slope=(5-4)/(3-2)=1
Y=mX+b
4=1*2+b
4=2+b
b=4-2
b=2 the Y intercept.
y=x+2 is the line equation with a slope=1, a Y intercept=2 thru (2,4) & (3,5).
