Y=mX+b IS THE STANDARD LINE FORMULA WHERE m=SLOPE & b=Y INTERCEPT.
y = -4/3x + 3
HERE WE HAVE A SLOPE m=-4/3
HERE WE HAVE A Y INTERCEPT (b) OF (0,3)
