FIRST YOU NEED TO FIND THE SLOPE (m).
m=(Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)
m=(-2+1)/(6-9)
m=-1/-3=1/3
NOW REPLACE THE X & Y TERMS IN THE LINE EQUATION [Y=mX+b] & SOLVE FOR THE Y INTERCEPT (b).
-1=9*1/3+b
-1=9/3+b
b+3=-1
b=-1-3
b=-4 THE Y INTERCEPT.
Y=X/3-4 IS THIS LINE EQUATION.
