y < (-3/4)x+3
First you need to graph the boundary of the inequality
which is y = (-3/4)x+3
This line should be graphed as a dashed line because it
is not part of the solution.

you want y LESS THAN the boundary condition.
This shaded area is the graph of the inequality.
