solve both equation for "y":
y = (2/3)x-2
y = -2x-10

Graph y = (2/3)x-2
If x = 0, y = -2
If x = 3, y = 0
Plot the two points and draw a line thru them.

If x = 0, y = -10
If x = 1, y = -12
Plot the two points and draw a line thru them.
