You need an equation.
Then you need to solve the equation for "y" or whatever the dependent
variable is.
Then you need to plot at least two points.
Then you need to draw a line thru the two points.

Pick a value for x. Substitute that value into the equation wherever there is an x. Solve the resulting equation for y. The x value you picked is the x-coordinate and the y value you obtained is the y-coordinate. Now you have one point, repeat the process with a different value for x. Then you will have two points. Plot the points. Draw a line passing through both points. Done.

Hint: When you pick values for x, pick values that make the arithmetic easy, like 0 and 1, or if there are fractional coefficients, select a value equal to the x-coefficient denominator.
