x+2y=2
I also need to solve each for y to put in graphing calculator and can't figure it out.

2y=x-6
y = (1/2)x-3

2y=-x+2
y = (-1/2)x+1

The slopes are different so the system is consistent.

(1/2)x-3 = (-1/2)x+1
x = 4

Substitute to solve for "y":
