this is linear equation and the graph is a line
to graph a line we need two points that lie on a line (a line is defined by two points)
first find the -intercept

the -intercept is at ( , )

now find one more point

...set

the point is at ( , )

plot these points and draw a line through

The equation is already solved. It shows y equated to an expression with x.
Pick any two or more values for x and evaluate the corresponding values for y.
Now graph your (x,y) points.
