I'm assuming the equation is y = (3/4)x
This is the same as writing
The x is not part of the denominator.
Plug in x = 0 to find that y = 0.
The point (0,0) is on the line.
Then try x = 4 to get y = 3
The point (4,3) is also on the line.
The straight line goes through (0,0) and (4,3)
You can find more points to plot, but two are the minimum and are sufficient.
Two graphing tools I recommend are GeoGebra and Desmos. Both are free.
The tools should be used to check your work, rather than to do your homework for you.
