Hi
the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line is:
   where m is the slope and b the y-intercept.
(2, 3) and
(5, 2)   m = 1/-3 = -1/3

***Using point-slope form,
 y -2 = (-1/3)(x-5)
   y = (-1/3)x  + 5/3 + 2
   y = (-1/3)x + 11/3
