Hi
the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line is:
   where m is the slope and b the y-intercept.

(-3, 3),
(-2, 3)  m = 0/-1 = 0

***Using point-slope form,
 y - 3 = 0(x + 2)
     y = 3
