The lines with UNDEFINED slope are those and ONLY THOSE that have an equation of the form x = c, where "c" is some constant.


An equation of this form for the straight line passing from the point (x,y) = (3,0) is  x = 3.


ANSWER.  Your equation has the form  x = 3.


Vertical  line through the point (3,0).
