Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
 find the slope, with change in y -4-(-8) or +4 and change in x 6-3 or 3. The slope is 4/3
point slope formula y-y1=m(x-x1) m slope and x1, y1 point coordinates
y+8=(4/3)(x-3)
y=(4/3)x-4-8 of y=(4/3)x-12
