-6y=-3x+9
y=-3x/-6+9/-6
y=x/2-3/2
Y=mX+b IS THE LINE FORMULA WHERE (m)=SLOPE & THE Y INTERCEPT (b)=THE Y INTERCEPT.
IN THIS CASE (m)=1/2 & (b)=-3/2.

To get the slope intercept form, you need to solve the equation for y, in other words put it into the form
