assuming this is (3/4)x, then if x increases by 4, y will increase by 3.
For example, if y=(3/4)x+5, and x is 4, then y is 8
If x is 8 then y is 11.

f(x)=-3/4x+5. If x increases by 4, how will value of y change.
-------
Note:: Since the slope is -3/4, if x increases by 1, y decreases -3/4
So, is x increases by 4, y decreases 4(-3/4) = -3
