Just plug in the given values for x and y;
(2,3)
2(2)-3(3)<0
4-9<0
-5<0 - yes
2+3>4
5>4 - yes

(0,1)
2(0)-3(1)<0
0-3<0
-3<0 - yes
0+1>4
1>4 - no
=========================
(1,4)
2(1)-3(4)<0
2-12<0
-10<0 - yes
1+4>4
5>4 -yes

so points (2,3) and(1,4) are solutions for both equations
