The first is m=0, since the y-coordinate is unchanged, and the line runs parallel to, and 1 unit below the x-axis.
The second is m=undefined, since the x-coordinate is unchanged, and the vertical line runs parallel to and 3 units to the right of the y-axis.

The other line is vertical on the line x=3.
