Equate the slopes::
slope of LY:: (7-3)/(k-4)
slope of LZ:: (28-3)/(k+5-4) = 25/(k+1)
----
25/(k+1) = 4/(k-4)
25k-100 = 4k+4
21k = 104
k = 4.95
