Make a table choosing values for x and then solve for y;
x=1
y+%3E=+3%281%29-2
y+%3E=1
x=0
y%3E=3%280%29-2
y%3E=-2
x=2
y%3E=3%282%29-2
y%3E=4
so the points are;
(1,1);(0,-2);(2,4)
now graph:
graph+%28500%2C500%2C+-5%2C4%2C-5%2C4%2C+3x-2%29
Since the inequality is >= your line connecting the points will be sollid and you shade the are on right side of the line.
