Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1/2y^2 + 6/8y^3
lcd = 8y^3
=[4y/lcm] + [6/lcm]
=(4y+6)/lcm
= 2(2y+3)/8y^3
= (2y+3)/4y^3
